Our Leader
Mr. Richards is a proven entrepreneur and strategic leader with a passion for building businesses and creating long-term value. Over the course of his career, he has successfully launched, scaled, and sold multiple companies, earning national recognition — including being named one of Canada’s Fast 500 Growth Companies by Maclean’s Magazine. His forward-thinking approach and relentless drive positioned him as a pioneer in developing a new industry in Canada, helping to shape its growth and evolution over the past two decades.
Mr. Richards is also an experienced real estate investor, owning and managing a diverse portfolio of more than a dozen properties.
Outside of business, Darcy is a dedicated community member and coach. He has spent years mentoring young athletes as a hockey coach and remains actively involved in youth sports. A proud father of three, he enjoys spending time with his children, playing hockey, and golfing in his free time.
